Where are my videos stored?

All videos are encrypted on your device and stored in your personal iCloud account using CloudKit. We never have access to your video content. Your encryption keys are stored in iCloud Keychain.

Can I watch my commitment video before the deadline?

No. Your original commitment video is sealed and encrypted until your goal deadline arrives. This is by design - the reveal at the end is part of the experience.

What happens if I delete the app?

Your videos remain in your iCloud account. If you reinstall Sworn and sign in with the same Apple ID, your encryption keys are recovered from iCloud Keychain and your videos become accessible again.

How do midpoint check-ins work?

Sworn sends you a push notification at scheduled intervals during your goal period. When you receive one, open the app and record a short reflection video about your progress.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@getsworn.xyz with your request. We will delete your account and all associated data from our servers. Videos in your iCloud remain under your control.

Is Sworn free?

Yes. Sworn is free to use with no ads and no in-app purchases.
